Our Phase 1 is approximately 10-12 weeks long.

Initial Functional Medicine Intake (Day 1 – Week 4)
Intake Interview with Rebecca, RN (Day 1) — an in-depth look at your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns. (60 minutes)
Blood Draw with Taryn, MST — labs to help uncover any underlying imbalances.
(10 minutes)
Restoration Interview with Holly, LCSW (Week 3–4) — a session focused on the mind and spirit side of your health. (60 minutes)
Case Review with Allison Laney, FNP-C(Week 8–10) Allison reviews everything gathered so far and presents your personalized care plan.
(60-75 minutes)
Case Review Follow-Up Call with Rebecca, RN(2 weeks after Case Review) A check-in to answer questions and make sure you're settling into your plan.
(15 minutes)
Fees For Phase 1
Your Body Is Made to Heal:
Good Faith Estimate: $700 (excluding labs and supplements)

Intake Interview $200 Day 1
Restoration Interview $200 Week 3–4
Case Review $200 Week 8–10
The $100 booking deposit is applied toward your total $700 fee — it is not an additional charge.
After Phase 1
Your Case Review sets the stage for your ongoing care. Allison will walk you through recommended next steps, including any follow-up phases, at that appointment.

We do allow you to file insurance but you must understand your copayments, which at times will be quite large. If you choose to file insurance- we can not convert back to cash pricing after.
