2 week case review phone call followup with Rebecca
NOTE: as a Body, Mind, and Spirit focused clinic every appointment is required to get to your case review with Allison Laney, FNP-C
Fees Expected for Phase 1:
$100 due at booking (non refundable)
$200 due at your intake.
$200 due at your restoration interview.
$200 Due at your case review.
