Taryn Guyton brings 16 years of experience as a Certified Veterinary Technician to Roots Wellness Center, where she made the leap from caring for animals to caring for people—and quickly became an invaluable part of our team.

Known for her hands-on skills, efficiency, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed, Taryn is truly a jack-of-all-trades. She can be found helping patients in the clinic, answering questions, assisting the providers, drawing blood, or lending a hand with our farm animals. In fact, we’re pretty sure she’s one of the best on-the-job-trained phlebotomists this side of Mississippi!

Taryn has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and cared for. She brings confidence, compassion, and a strong work ethic to everything she does, always ready to tackle the next task and get it done right.

Whether she’s working with a patient or one of the many four-legged residents of Roots, Taryn is always willing to help—and we’re incredibly grateful to have her on our team.
